Financial Responsibility

The ability of a borrower or
prospective borrower to pay his debts based on his wealth or property;
a term used among bank credit people to indicate the financial worth (i.e.,
the conservatively appraised net assets) of a credit risk.
Financial responsibility is measured by the PROPERTY RISK.
