Use your username and password (you have chosen during registration or
changed later) to log on.
I forgot my password
- what now?
Select the "Forgot
your password?" link and provide your username and email address
(you have used during registration or changed later). We will email to
this email address a temporary password that you can use to log on in
the normal way. You will then be able to change this temporary password
by selecting the "Change Password" link.
When I try to log
on with my username and password, I am requested to do a payment by credit
card.
You have not yet paid successfully when you started the registration process.
You will be required to do the payment for your membership to be activated.
How do I know that
my payment was successful?
You will always receive an email when a successful credit card payment
was done.
For how long is
the membership valid once it has been paid?
The membership is valid for 12 months.
I am certain that
my username and password is correct, but still cannot log onto the member
area?
Certain firewalls and security settings on you computer or browser should
be set to accept cookies. If you are unsure what this means, please consult
your local computer technician. You can confirm that this is the problem
by using another computer to log on the member area. If the problem still
exists, please email us at info@eagletraders.com so that we can attend
to the matter.
I want to change
my email address on your system. What should I do?
You can log onto the members area and select the "Edit Member Details"
link where you will be able to edit your email and other particulars.
It is very important that we always have your email address in case you
forgot your password and we need to email you your temporary password.
We also notify our members whenever the "Leads & Request"
pages have been updated.
I want to change
my password. What should I do?
Log onto the member area with your username and current password. You
can then select the "Change password" link to change your password.
I do not have a
credit card. How can I pay to become a member?
You can pay by bank to bank transfer and email us your particulars such
as your username, name and surname. We will activate your membership once
the money shows on our bank statement. See "Alternative
payment methods" for more detailed information.
Why is the payment
currency ZAR (South African Rand) and not a well known currency such as
US$?
We are required by Visa and MasterCard to conduct all our credit card
transactions in our local currency. For your ease of mind, we have included
a currency converter that converts ZAR to well known currencies.
When I have registered
previously, I was requested to approve "future billing" for
the renewal of my membership subscription. What is the latest arrangements
on the renewal of my subscription?
We have previously used the "WorldPay" credit card facility
where you were requested to approve the future payments for the renewal
of your annual membership subscription. As from 1 January 2005 we use
the "Virtual Card Services" credit card facility for our credit
card transactions. We were not able to obtain your credit card details
from "WorldPay" due to security reasons. When your membership
expire, you will be required to register again. We will send you an email
reminding you that your membership is due for renewal. You can then re-register
again.
What if I have
registered after 1 January 2005? Do I need to renew my annual subscription?
We will notify you by email 14 days before your membership renewal is
due. Should you not wish to renew your membership, you need to reply the
email and indicate to us that you do not want to renew your membership.
Otherwise we will charge your credit card again (should your credit card
still be valid - e.g. the expiry date) and you will have another 12 month's
membership subscription.
