We request a POF in the amount of a minimum of $150M up to $500M, or more. The higher the POF made available the more lucrative the transactions become. This POF is "flash cash" only and by contract is never drawn upon, blocked, encumbered, transferred, or otherwise put at risk.

We have developed a relationship with an oil tanker broker. This oil tanker broker has a relationship with several of the major refineries along the Texas - Louisiana gulf coast. Oil is shipped in from various oil producing countries from around the globe to these refineries along the Gulf Coast.

The oil tanker broker is currently contracting and selling the oil to major refineries, and a third party is required by contract which is not connected or part of the Oil Company or broker, to provide a POF so as to not create a conflict of interest in order to perform a dip test. This dip test verifies and confirms the quality and type of cargo carried by the tanker...........
