Currently
we have a great project on the table that is a Proof of funds project
that is seeking 8.6 Billion to unlock contracts for oil. Basically,
our oil mandate needs to be able to show proof of funds for $5B (low
end) to $8.6B (high end) in order to unlock irrevocable oil contracts
which will be in place for the next 5 years.

This is a very simple and straightforward offer, completely transparent.

Please note,
this is not a commodities deal, it is merely a POF to unlock irrevocable
contracts already in place.
Please note: this summary is 3 weeks old, and as oil is a high commodity,
contracts have changed. Some of this order has already been sold,
but the summary still serves as a great example. The Mandate now has
new contracts equaling over $600M bpm (barrels per month), for different
oil products, which he will be willing to show and prove upon serious
interest.
The Mandate is open to speaking with Principals, anyone else will
speak with his acting agent and myself, . Ideally, the mandate is
seeking an investor that will engage in revolving contracts, but will
accept a one time POF of $4B or higher,lasting
10-14 days, in which the investor will receive royalties for the length
of contract.
The Mandate is leaving for Russia to secure contracts next week. A
BCL will suffice for now if funds are not readily available to lock
down the contracts.
Also, a BG can work just as well. In return, the investor will receive
40 % of royalties for length of contracts opened.
I do know that the Jet Fuel contract will take at least 2 months for
the oil refineries to ramp up to a 650M bpm. The refineries can only
pump so much at a time. It will start at 100-150 bmp for the first
two months and then escalate to 650bpm. The Mandate does have other
contracts to open in this time frame, allowing for the POF to garnish
several royalties/contracts to be opened at one time.

PRICE

ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT
A. For a 150,000 MT / month production, starting with rented trucks
is advisable. If the buyer needs to increase the production volume
to 300,000 MT/month it is advisable to purchase trucks (trucks will
pick up the iron ore at the mine site and deliver it at the loading
port).
B. If the buyer
needs to increase the iron ore production volume to 450,000 or more,
it is a must, to build a 60 KM rail track to connect the iron ore
mine area with an existing rail track in order to move the iron
ore form the mine site to the port. (iron ore can be loaded in a
leased rail road gondolas at the mine site and delivered at the
loading port).
PORT FACILITY
The port already has the capacity and necessary draft to allow berthing
150,000 mt shipload vessel and the port authorities only require
a written commitment and a bank guarantee to upgrade the port loading
speed at their own cost.
TAXES/LEVIES
Seller will pay sales taxes at the moment that the buyer purchases
the mine.
You as the mine
owner (after purchase) will have to pay taxes to the government
as elsewhere in the world. Basically from the profit (production
and financial costs vs. selling price), the mine owner will pay
total 45% in taxes.
PROCEDURES
- Signing a NCND with you and Buyer
- Buyer issues LOI/ICPO
- Seller provides the mine report to buyer.
- Seller issues Invitation letter to buyer
- Buyer visits the mine, port, roads, etc.
- Seller introduces the buyer to government officials and regulations.
- A wrap up meeting to be held and if the buyer is satisfied with
everything, contract signing will be executed.

are seeking for reliable suppliers,either the actual stock holders/contract
holders of Metal scraps/UsedRails R50-65, HMS 1 & 2, min 30,000mts/mo,yearly
contract for steel mills in Far East .
Any in-between brockers/intermediaries will be honored fairly,however
we need to contact the actual party(s) who control the stocks and
RWAD.
This shipment for steady supplies to the actual steel mill .

WE
can arrange Crude Oils from End Sellers, for Direct Buyers and mandates
only.
WE have several
End sellers of BLCO, and we are direct to them, and have done business
before with them. Hence we need good and direct buyers to arrange
CIF (5/3), FOB (6/4) or even TTT (7/4) basis.
WE prefer those who can convince us about their PoF, CPA, or Past
Business undertakings, or else issue a ICPO with soft-probe by the
end seller(s), to avoid wasted time bopth ends. Performence at our
ends will not be a problem.
We are direct
to Source, and we can arrange Saudi Light Crude Oil directly from
ARAMCO from Royal Family quota / aegis. Secondary Contracts also
possible. Presently LPG (@usd 475, cif aswp) and LNG also available
through same sources. Only parties capable of producing BCL, need
contact us to avoid any disappointments, both ends. WE will not
explore options when and unless we are sure about the BUY ability
of the Buyer in picture.
We can also
arrange other Petroleeum products Viz M-100, REBCO, D2, and Au Metal,
on need basis. These offers are subject to availability / allocations,
and cannot be guaranteed all the time.
