For Large Sugar Buyer:
I have a Soft
Offer on a deal concerning White Cane Sugar from the President of
the EEDC (European Economic Development Council).
The Soft Offer
details two batches (18M Metric Tons and 50M Metric Tons (MT)).
The sugar is high grade White Cane Sugar Icumsa 45, located in Brazil,
packaged in 50Kg bags.
The shipment
is 300,000 MT per month (+/-5%) for both offers, so a total of 600,000
MT per month. First shipment will follow the standard 30-45 days
time period after a signed contract / conclusion of deal.
The selling
price of the 18M MT Sugar is $170 / MT.
The selling price of the 50M MT Sugar is $162 / MT.
When last I checked, the market is trading at around $320 / MT.

1) Conventional
87, 89, and 93 Octane Colonial Grades Gasoline with specifications
as published by The Colonial Pipeline Company and available in their
website. Upon Buyer’s completion of this contract by signing
initialing each page, Seller shall provide proof of product as per
Clause 11.3. Buyer shall provide insertion of Pipeline account number,
transfer and storage details per Clause 7, Seller shall show POP
to Buyer by bank to bank verification by refinery agreement, refinery
contract or tank receipt for the octane and quantities as stated
in this contract by November 19, 2007 contingent upon production
confirmation from refineries.
2) The price
of the commodity, as described herein, is understood in U.S. Dollars
and shall be based upon Gulf Coast Colonial Platt FOB Houston, TX.
3) The price
shall be determined per individual grade octane and discounted USD$0.08
(Eight) cents per gallon Gross, USD $0.06 (Six) cents per gallon
Net to the Buyer. Buyer paying the 0.02 (Two) cent commission to
be split 0.01 (One) cent to Buyer’s side and 0.01 (One) cent
to Seller’s side (on each Colonial specification conventional
grades octane purchased) from the Gulf Coast Colonial Platt. Buyer
and Seller will issue separate commission payment agreements with
their respective Mandates, Brokers or facilitators.
4) Delivery
Method: Via metered transfer through any Magellan or Colonial Pipeline
Terminal in the continental USA or FOB – via metered transfer
at the port of Houston to Vessel (barge or tanker). Buyer to pay
any and all transfer fees, handling, taxes, duty Etc.
If Buyer is
not picking up product from Vessel and does not have storage tanks
in Houston, delivery schedule will be subject to tank lease space
availability and Seller (SELLER) will charge a storage tank fee
to the Buyer (in additions to the charges stated in this contract)
for leasing storage tanks to meter from Colonial Pipeline at Port
of Houston in Texas for 2 months leasing storage time minimum.
5) Procedure
:a)ICPO w/soft.Probe, b)SELLER shall issue a Draft Contract with
contract number for specific and unique fuel allocation. c)SELLER
provides tank receipts and/or Refinery Contract and/or shipping
advice including transfer details, pipeline numbers/quality transfer/cycle
details, etc to Buyer. d)Rest of the Procedures take effect.

seller will only load onto the ship. That is all.
Freight forwarders or shipper engaged in the transportation should

Seller does
not agree to usance of 30 days after BL because Seller purchases
with upfront money first. Interests are calculated on daily basis,

will send you our Proforma invoice. With our PI, Buyer opens the
L/C to our seller. Seller loads D2 to your ship within the due date
of L/C. Once L/C is liquidated your commission (USD 2.00 PMT) will

1) FOB Houston:-
We can source
D2 at Houston (Russian or American Specs) on FOB Tank Storage or
Pipeline basis. WE hv several sellers and mandates with us so it
depends on who has stocks contemporarily. The qty can be anywhere
from 3m mt SPOT and Upwards (max 10m mt, which is rare).
--As a Special
offer, we hv 500k @ 525.00 on FOB basis, where POP is upfront (after
signed contract).
2) FOB Rotterdam:-
We can source
D2 at Rotterdam (Russian D2 Specs) on FOB Tank Storage or Pipeline
basis. WE hv several sellers and mandates with us so it depends
on who has stocks contemporarily. The qty can be anywhere from 3m
mt SPOT and Upwards (max 15m mt, which is rare).
--As a special
offer we are offerring D2 in Shiploads (50k Vessels) Saudi Origin
on CIF Rotterdam/Venice basis. The price is Platts less 11/mt. This
is 50k/week x 12 Vessels. The POP is ready at the bank and Can be
sent by SWIFT after signed contract.
