2. PRICE : CIF basis.
FIXED PRICE : U.S. $ 245 .00 /MT

3. PAYMENT: Payment will be made in the currency of U.S. dollar. Payment term shall be by MT-760 + SWIFT T/T payment five (5) working days after each shipment has arrived and delivered in buyer’s unloading port to cover the consecutive eleven months of the contract period.

Discount is typically 8% on a One-Month BG/SBLC, and roughly 15% in a 2-Month BG/SBLC. Documentary letter of Credits are not accepted, but Standby Letter of Credits are accepted.

POP is instantaneous, you need to Swift a BCL (Any Free Format) and POP including Allocation nos, duly verifiable, shall be made available to you thru your Bank ONLY. You can then Sign contracts and proceed to exchange financial instruments against full POP and PB 2%. It cannot get simply better in Petroleum Products, for those who know how Russian System Works.

Against a LOI, we arrange FCO's. Must Send BCL for Seller Mandate to issue Contract with POP as above. Can be very quick, in 3 days we can complete the PoF Vrs PoP if the Buyer is ready with funds, and subject to acceptable BCL Verbiage. Seller is Big and Proven lot and uses top european banks, works directly with Gazprom and Lukoil.

2. Buyer Issues ICPO with target pricing no banking coordinates no SOFT PROBE 3. Seller issues FCO (Full Corporate Offer) within 3 business days of receipt of ICPO 4. Then Buyer’s returns signed FCO and RWA/ BCL by MT999/ MT799 POP preview only possible subject to proper BCL by MT999 acceptable to Buyer. MT799 can be sent to accelerate the procedure Once we receive the copy of the Remitting bank’s swift message and the copy of the inter-bank transmission protocol itself, we will trace BCL and revert with verifiable POP for the Buyer to check to his full satisfaction.
5. Buyer and Seller sign, seal and exchange Contracts.
6. Buyer and Seller lodge Contract copies with their respective banks (Buyer also lodges the Pro-forma Invoice).
7. Due Diligence is conducted by the respective Banks.
8. Within 3 days (three) of signing Contract, Buyer Swifts the agreed
MT799 Bank-to-Bank basis providing Pre-advice of pending MT760. Within another 5 (Five) days the Buyer sends the Unloading Permit of the Discharge Port.
9. Promptly upon receipt of the Pre-advice, Seller provides POP and prepares the 2% PB which will be triggered by the MT760.
10. Shipment commences according to Contract.
