We
are directly involved with a trade platform that has an established
credit line of €2B. We also also have a relationship who can
arrange an MTN to be issued for trading purposes.
For example:
Top Bank in Europe ( JP Morgan/ HSBC/ Barclays ) will issue an MTN
with face value 500 million to our trade platform (ABC Ltd). The
issuing bank will confirm this instrument via Swift MT760 to the
coordinates provided by the Platform. Credit line is released and
trading starts. Client gets most of the gain as he will be part
of the ABC Ltd.
We are looking
for an investor with €300,000. In order to do this business
the Client needs to pay the Administration fees to the Bank to arrange
the MTN. There is no payment to any individual. This payment goes
to the Bank who will issue the MTN for Trading ONLY. Their admin
fees are €250,000.00
The client will
get the MTN value 500 million issued after this payment.

monetization purposes and have all the components for a sucessful
trading in place already. Since our lines of credit are passive, for
monetization purposes only, we cannot offer POF other than a plain
Bank Comfort Letter and certainly would not send 103/23 before monetizing

1. Less or and Lessee execute, sign and initial this Deed of Agreement
which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract.
2. After signing the agreement and simultaneously with the return
of the agreement to the Lessee, has to instruct his bank to send UNCONDITIONAL
ICBPO-MT799 or CONDITIONAL PAYMENT ORDER BY SWIFT to give confirmation
for the lease fee and brokers fees.
3. Less or will issue, deliver and SWIFT MT760 copy of BG/ SBLC to
Lessee's bank for authentication & verification of the BANK GURANTEE
(BG) or STAND BY LETTER OF CREDIT (SBLC) in favour of Lessee, not
later than 72 hours of confirmation of receipt of the lessee's has
to give payment confirmation from his bank and covering letter for
the leasing fee into the Less or's bank account and broker fees.
4. Within 7 banking days of confirmation of the Less or's swift MT760
of BG/SBLC at Lessee's bankers, Lessee will release the payment by
wire transfer into the Less or's bank account and the commission fees.
5. Within 7 banking days after confirmation of receipt of payment
of the leasing fees and the commission fees, the Less or will deliver
the hard copy of the BANK GURANTEE ( BG ) or STAND BY LETTER OF CREDIT
(SBLC) to the Lessee's bank via bank bonded courier.

We
are urgently looking for a provider of a instrument BG etc which can
be used as collateral for a loan. The Lender who is on standby wants
to move and has confirmed in countersigning a LOI that he will pay
the transmission fees and lease fees after verification.
The problem
is of course the all or most providers who send a MT760 expect the
transmission fees to be paid before the SWIFT 760 for verification.
I know this is the normal procedure, but they do not feel comfortable
in doing this.
Is there a provider
who can assist in this. Is there some other way where he can verify
before payment. I will sign the agreements with you and put put
you in direct contact with my Lender to finalize the instrument
and funding. They have been messed around so much with a provider
and have now told me to get someone real and who can give him details
so he can verify and pay.
