SBLC
FOR LEASE
We provide who can cause the issuance of a $100M face value SBLC to
be issued by top 50 world bank.
This SBLC will
be a fresh cut, in the name of the client for a fee of 15%+1%+1%
per year.
The procedure is very simple:
-no POF is needed
-the client will issue a letter stating that 2 banking days after
the instrument is swifted to his bank and verified, payment will
be executed in favor of provider. This letter must be endorsed by
the client's bank.
The client have
to provide:
- the client information sheet
- the verbiage of the needed SBLC
- Passport color copy
- a letter from the client to the attention of Diop Consulting stating
what they want for LOI -a letter on client letterhead stating that
at receipt of the SBLC swifted to his designated bank account, payment

The leasing fee 1% must be deposited in the escrow trust account

I
wish to obtain a partnership in a MTN buy/sell transaction with a
25% point spread and a 50/50 profit sharing.
Investor must
be able to show POF of 500M first tranche and do a MT103/23 to execute
a minimum of a 50B fresh cut MTN contract. Tradings will be four
days a week until contract is exhausted or may continue with roll
overs. After first tranche, instruments will be swifted to investor
(your) bank account and held there for a couple of hours then provider
buys it back with a 25% point spread profit.
Point spread
(profit) will be split 50/50. The reason for this split is I bring
forward provider with paper and structure buy back, and you, as
the investor, bring the money.

is renewable yearly for 3 years, mail for terms and conditionals.
This not a cashable instrument and there are cost involve for use

is an active
credit line) and the private banker then sells the instrument to

exit buyer (pensions, etc).

CONTRACT PERIOD. A client can transact once or forever.

or "Seller" for the purchase/Sale allocations of bank instruments
and other forms of tradeable instruments, securities, precious metals,
currencies, credit lines, opening of accounts, and any lawful contracts.
Brokers need
not respond if they are not next to the buyer mandate or seller
mandate.Serious offers that can be verified and that can pass all
necessary due diligence will be entertained. Fraudulent offers will
be reported. We have our own internal compliance unit.

I
am direct to mandate of BG provider. The BG are issued by Top 25 WEB
at 68+1. Contract value will be between USD 100B to 500B. An excerpt
of the PROCEDURES IS as follows:
4. Buyer shall
send the MT799 Proof of Fund to the Sellers Banking Coordinates
Via Bank-to-Bank Protocol. **If buyer comes with BCL together with
signed LOI,then there is no banking fee advance payment and mt799.
The BCL should be fresh not older than 3 banking days and autorizing
seller to verify bank to bank.
5 Upon receipt
and satisfactory verification of aforesaid SWIFT MT799, within Three
(3) international banking days, the Seller shall deliver the “
Corporate Invoice of BG'S” to Buyer’s Bank together with
Printout of Euroclear Screen containing but not limited to CUSIP/ISIN
Numbers, Issuing Banks, Date of Issuance and Maturity, Denominations,
Text of Instrument, Custodial Safekeeping Numbers, Euroclear Screen
Access Codes, Full Bonding Power information, etc. (Note: “Private
Placement” to be shown on the Invoice Price on Corporate Invoice
and NO price shall be shown on screen.)
