The client fills out a pro-forma purchase order and returns it to us.
We will give the client availability and price.
If the client agrees, he sends us a signed copy of the purchase order with the price back.
This becomes an official order.
The client sends a conditional BG for the amount of the order to a bank in Europe. The BG is conditional and can not be used for anything else than for the purchase of the diamonds with file number and reference number indicated on the purchase order. The client will ONLY pay after the viewing of the diamonds. Before issuing the conditional BG, the client will know the exact price and also the fact that we can provide the client with the order. Once the BG has been issued, the order is shipped to Switzerland. After the viewing, and if the client is satisfied, the client pays the order with a wire transfer and then he can pick-up the diamonds.

We deal with two of the largest Euro Provider clients in Europe (one purchases large quantities of US$ on behalf of Goverment) and they only transact according to their procedure. They will not procede if it is done on MT799 or MT760 which are in effect proof of funds up front. I have a few projects that I believe deserve some attention. I am a man with a self-given mission. I am very aware of the dangerously fragile world infrastructures (monetary and banking system, overstretched just-in-time delivery systems, less than a crop time world food supply, high division of labor, peak oil, etc.) and my life is dedicated to a plan; maybe the most important and urgent humanitarian project that can be mustered in the present times. I summarize it in the next few paragraphs.

My main plan, and obsession, I should say, is the creation of an autonomous, very remote, hi-tech based, hydrogen powered, brand new city in the Australian Outback, with its surrounding supporting villages comprised of a very diversified manpower that will assure the survival of all the possible knowledge, technological advance and culture of the present civilization, for if and when, the fragile world infrastructures break down. Mankind, today, is absolutely not prepared to face the potential disruptions of the systems we are so dependent on for our very survival. I’ll just put forth one potential scenario, among so many.

Just imagine, a century ago, the world always had at all times approximately 18 months of food reserves on the planet, and the production of food was assured by a very low division of labor, each farmer being responsible to produce enough food for his family and sell the surpluses to others that were using their talents and skills offering services and doing business, trade, and industrial production. Because the division of labor was low, almost everyone was able to fend for himself in case of catastrophe. This explains why the 1929 crash, even though it was very rough, did not impact Mankind more than stalling its progress for a few years. Today, the world food supply varies between 30 days and 60 days (less than a crop duration), and the division of labor is so high that the simple task of making a loaf of bread at home using wheat (from the berries) is totally foreign to almost the total population. Now, with this background environment, just imagine a major stock market crash today, an event that, right this minute, so many talk about and are scared of the possibility of happening, could, more than ever before, because of the domino effect, blow away the world banking and monetary systems. Almost overnight, banks will close, one after the other, victims of a domino effect, not unlike the ‘30s, and will indiscriminately shut down service suppliers, industries, and farming (food production). Yes! WORLD FARMING WILL ALMOST SHUT DOWN. Today’s farming is run as a business, and this implies that the heavy loans in times of crisis will put the farmers in bankruptcy situations and it will take months, if not years before normal farming resumes, due to general economic chaos. TOO LATE! The result of this is widespread famine, death, loss of knowledge, return to pre-industrial times.

IT IS URGENT to prepare a completely planned-for survival community, comprising approximately 250,000 to 500,000 skilled people, isolated from the rest of civilization, with the mandate to preserve and maintain the technological advances of the present civilization, so that a faster recovery becomes possible, should a catastrophe happen. This plan is driven by the principle of PRUDENCE which mankind has, in general, in its arrogance, HATED, or to say the least, did not appreciate its benefits enough, to a point of not even addressing the principle of prudence anymore further than for what it takes to get through the week, or even just the day. I use some imagery here to make my point.

In order to finance this plan, I have been working diligently on it for several years and I am presently structuring important land assets (in the BILLIONS of US$) in a way that they could be used to generate the necessary seed value to participate in PPPs which in turn will finance the unfolding of the above plan. I deeply feel we are even late. I should have been at this stage 5 to 10 years ago, but unfortunately, it is not the case, and I have to do with what I have. Under signed mandate, I presently have control over US$153M worth of land and I expect to have much more in the coming weeks, all to be pipelined into PPPs. Even in face of what I have exposed above, unfortunately, Traders seem more interested in trying to find reasons not to help instead of finding reasons to collaborate with me. I am certain that most participants in these very profitable PPPs have no clue of what to do to help Mankind go through predictable very rough times in the near future.

So, if you can obtain any kind of line of credit for PPP purpose using the land mentioned above, I want to discuss the matter ASAP.
