A couple of
years ago I was a representative for a private, international company
that participated in a number of successful trades, mostly MTN’s,
Private Placements, along with Venture Capital and such. Actually,
my primary responsibility was to recruit reps for the company.
I am now independent

been unsuccessful due to fraudsters, fake trades and not having

work as child labours and in extreme bad conditions.
Some children
after the death of parents remain under care of their poor aged
grand parents who have no resources to support them, others are
supported by windows who are themselves too sick or poor to help

These children
impacted by HIV / AIDS have been engulfed with social problems such
as rejection, victimization, humiliation, isolations because of
the situation on which they are in. A situation of feeling of belonging
must be created in order for these children to live a normal life.

I

Section 2. procedures of transaction
1. Parties, directly or through their authorised mandated representative
would accept, sign, seal and return this private exchange currency
agreement along wth the fpa by fax or email ( hard copies to be sent
by courier service if required accompanied with color copy of signatory
page passport, with client information sheet, with non solicitation
letter, with all this contract signed, and returned back to both parties)
2. This agreement along with the fpa is to be lodged with each party's
bank with all documents-
3. Immediately following the signature of the contract by both providers,
we, the euro provider will call the usd provider and will confirm
our readiness to start. we will ask the usd provider when he is ready
to start the first tranche and having received his answer, we will
ask him to confirm his readiness to us by fax and we will answer his
fax by our returned fax.
4. At the agreed window time, the usd provider's bank shall then send
via swift mt103 (conditionally) the usd to euro provider's bank in
accordance with the banking instructions within this agreement.
5. Upon verification and authentification, the euro provider's bank
shall then send via swift mt103 (unconditionally) the euro to the
usd provider's bank in accordance with the banking instructions within
this agreement.
6. Further tranches are to be continued as per the above procedure
until the usd/euro is exhausted or the amount of agreement is completed

“Party
A” agrees to provide “Party B” total 800 large boxes
in Hong Kong, the legally owned NKD Dinars of the “5th ”
edition issued in 1994, each with a face value of 20 NKD Dinar.
Each inner box packed with 6,000 NKD notes and (10) inner boxes
to one large box (for 60,000 NKD notes). Each large box contains
the original documents (i.e., with the certificates of “Printed
By The Central Bank of Kuwait” and Export Permit issued by
and with seal of Kuwait government.)
“Party
B” has been authorized by the Redeemer to redeem from “Party
A” the said above two large boxes of NKD Dinars.
The signatories
of both parties including individuals and companies warrants with
full legal responsibility under penalty of perjury that they have
full power, right, authority and ability to enter into this Draft
Agreement and Contract. Both parties warrant that the currency to
be exchanged is good, clean, clear, non criminal origin and is not
subject to any legal action. Both parties have the full power to
perform all obligations under the Draft Agreement and Contract.
The mode of the currency exchange is Bank Account to Bank Account
Transfer, under the following terms and conditions.
1. Specifications:
The currency for the redemption is the 5th edition of NKD Dinars
issued by the Central Bank of Kuwait in 1994. Each with a face value
of 20 NKD Dinars, each inner box packed with 6,000 NKD notes and
ten (10) inner boxes to one large box for 60,000 NKD notes.
2. Exchange Rate: Gross Price - One (1) NKD Dinar can exchange for
3.15 US dollars, and a 20 Dinars NKD note can exchange for 63.00
US dollars.
Net price -
One (1) NKD Dinar can exchange for 3.05 US dollars, and a 20 Dinars
NKD note can exchange for 61.00 US dollars.
Consultancy
Fees – One (1) NKD Dinar can Exchange for 0.10 US dollars.
3. Quantity available for Exchange:: Total Eight Hundred (800) large
boxes, equivalent to NKD Forty Eight Million (48,000,000) notes.
4. Total Amount: NKD Nine Hundred and Sixty Million (NKD 960,000,000.00)
with Rolls & Extensions up to KWD 10,000,000,000.00 (10 Billion
New Kuwaiti Dinar 5th Edition).
5. The above mentioned NKD Dinars will be exchanged into currency
circulating US Dollars.
6. Procedures:
6.1. Both parties agree to sign Draft Agreement.
6.2 “Party
B” needs to provide to “Party A” the Proof of Fund
(POF) for the total amount of
USD 3,024,000,000.00 – the Gros-Amount of the First Transfer.
“Party A” will deliver immediately the complete list of
the 800 Boxes, like the two Boxes in Addendum 2.
6.3. After completion
of above procedures by both parties, within 24hrs both parties will
sign the Contract, FPA and NCNDA with fully completed codes including
this Draft Agreement number. Both parties will then formally enter
into the contract procedures.
6.4. After successful
authentication and verification of the above (6.2) by “Party
A’s” bank – within 3 to 7 banking days “Party
A” will take the relevant documents to HSBC bank to proceed
with the delivery of the NKD Dinar. Once delivery and opening of
the NKD Account is completed by “Party A”, this NKD transaction
will proceed according to the procedures and conditions immediately.
6.5 Note: All
relevant expenses for each party are born by their own.
