In
Ground Asset / Natural Resource Trade Program
There
is available a Federal Reserve of USA approved trade programme for
in-ground assets. Mines, oilfields, gas deposits , mineral deposits
and even timber stands can be included. Assets should have a minimum
appraised current sale/market value of $150M.
The title to the assets is used to open a Credit Line with the title
and the Credit Line then being blocked during the term of the trading
program which is usually 40 weeks. Blocking means the asset cannot
be sold,a ssigned, pledged or dealt with. The ownership does not change.
At the end of the trading program the asset is simply unblocked.
In return for blocking the asset the returns are expected to be extremely
high.
An illustration of possible returns using conservative assumptions
for an asset with a $500M appriasal is as follows:
Assuming it hypothecates at 20%-that's $100M. Assumed net weekly returns
are 40%, that's $40M. A return of $40M for 40 weeks totals $1.6B.
The Federal Reserve will expect about 60% of the total returns to
go to your development project for the assets. This means $960M would
be required to be spent on development of the inground assets. The
balance of $640M can be applied to any commercial purpose.
There are no up front charges of any kind. The investor will be able
to conduct full due diligence prior to any commitment or investment.
