• May use a Panama Corporation or a New Zealand foundation. The structure is set up on the client’s behalf and the fees for doing so are taken from the client’s first return. Therefore, it costs the client nothing up front.
• The money is held in an account in the name of the client.
• The client’s funds are not moved from the depository bank.
• Platform facilitator is in Florida
• Expect around 30 days from the submission of all completed and valid application data until the client’s funds are in trade.
• Funds are insured by AIG against loss of principal.

No moving of cash funds or bank instruments ( only cash backuped, absolute no leased ) . SWIFT MT 760's "blocked funds" procedures.

Client's assets are not blocked. No credit lines are raised against them. All clients are required to do is to keep funds in account as long trading performs.

We are dealing direct to trading bank, who is working only with cash into bankaccount. " Leased funds, BG:s or other bought POFs will NOT be possible to use, only waste of time.

The LTV for Trade against the CMO will vary, and can be as little as 10 cents on the dollar, however, in some cases to as much as 90 cents on the dollar.

Minimum value for submission: $100 Million

NOTE: The Trade Group prefers to work with at least $500 Million and greater, but will accept no less than $100 Million for review.

The CMO may be a basket, however, if there are different owners involved, all will need to be in agreement to enter into Trade.

The Trade Group also cannot take a portion of the CMO Value into Trade. It's all of the submitted value or nothing.

For example, CMO submitted is valued at $1 Billion, however, only $500 Million is desired to go into trade has there are two owners, each controlling half. This will be rejected by the Trade Group unless both owners are in agreement to take the full value to Trade.

This is the ONLY program I know of that actually works when it comes to Leased Instruments and going into trade, as the bank issuing the instruments has the agreement with the Trade Group to take the instruments into trade.

The Trade Group is offering the following:
A. Lease BG at 4% of Face Value
B. Minimum BG is $100M
C. The Leased BG is brought to Trade
D. Weekly yields are very strong and comparable to Non Leased BG Trades E. The Program Runs 40 Weeks for 2 Years

A few additional points:
1. BG must be leased to go into trade with the Trade Group 2. Leased BG may NOT be taken to another Trade Group 3. Leased BG must be paid for upfront and NOT from Proceeds of the Trade

The Trade Group moves very quickly and pays first proceeds in 5 Banking Days after entering into Trade.

A minimum of 50m USD/ Euro/ UKP in the form of a SBLC which MUST BE deposited on DTC only. The SBLC must be in your name or your Company name. The SBLC will be blocked only on DTC and will not be required to be delivered.

All the trading is done on a consential basis with the client as each and every trade has it's own parameters. We are able to obtain 3 to 5 times leverage but this depends on the client investment and on the particular trade.

All the trading will be with JP Chase-Morgan, Penson, Point Capital and Jessop Lamont. Profits are paid on a per trade basis.

The Client has to issue the LOI to apply for a commercial loan. The loan minimum is US $50M up to US $5B+. Upon receipt of the LOI, the Lender will return his LOO (conditional Letter of Offer) to fund the loan. The Funding Service Agreement is basically a bank-to-bank operation, (i.e. when the Client is ready to issue BG/ SBLC/ MTN/ CD with Issuing Bank details disclosed, the Lender will disclose his receiving bank details).

The loan interest is approximately 8%, or better. The Loan can be applied for 10 years. The interest rate is FIXED for the loan period.

There are no up front fees involved whatsoever. All fees are charged only after the loan is approved, and will be deducted at time of loan releasing only (at closing). (The Lender charges a one-time 5% fee. Both the interest and the 5% fee, totaling 13%, would be deducted from the loan proceeds at closing.) So, the Client does not need to pay a cent to the Lender to apply for the loan. Only successful transactions will be paid

1) Hard Asset Program: Need client's CIS, Passport, Proof of ownership Documents and Assay/ documents. Platform Will insurance wrap asset in-house and take client into managed buy/ sell. Profits split 50/50 between platform and client. Turnaround time = 14 business days given the appraisals and assays are current and verifiable.

2) 2M to 10M Buy/ Sell: Funds don't move from your account. Must add trading entity to account to block funds (account becomes joint signatory account). Once that happens, entity's credit line is triggered for buy/sell and profit paid to client on weekly basis.

3) 100M Buy/ Sell: client provides CIS, Passport, POF (NO LEASED FUNDS!!!) of cash or cash backed instruments, and letter to verify and authenticate. after compliance, client receives performance and tranching schedules. Client is paid weekly for 52 weeks with rolls and extensions. essentially once a client comes in, he can stay in trade with platform for life.

All brokers covered and are paid 1% from platform gross earnings not client net earnings
