It is the Deutsche Bank which is our FOREX brokerage firm. Deutsche Bank was chosen because of its liquidity and solvency. Deutsche Bank is the World's largest curency trader accounting for over 22% (followed by UBS with 15.8% and Barclays with 9.1%) of the $2.2 trillion traded DAILY.

Our company evolved out of an investment club created in 2001. By 2008 the Club paid out an average of ...% returns per month to its members. However, in order to earn those returns, members had to relinquish control of their funds to be pooled and traded in a single account by multiple trade systems.

Moving away from pooled funds and implementing new technology, we established a brokerage partnership with Deutsche Bank which allows clients to continue to earn above average returns while remaining in full control of their funds.

Amongst a choice of several trade systems, we integrated only the one with lowest risk with its Deutsche Bank liquidity feed. It is not the most profitable system but it produces above average returns with very low risk.

Using a specific mathematical model, our software determines the probability of profitability on all trades prior to execution and only executes trades that it has calculated to have a 90% or greater probability of being profitable.

How does the client get paid (2 OPTIONS)

Here is the business agreement for the above program which is managed in the U.S. The platform manager draws a line of credit against a percentage of the Escrow funds to place into trade, so the loc funds are used, not the actual client funds, which ensure the funds are safe. The Client has to issue the LOI to apply for a commercial loan. The loan minimum is US $50M up to US $5B+. Upon receipt of the LOI, the Lender will return his LOO (conditional Letter of Offer) to fund the loan. The Funding Service Agreement is basically a bank-to-bank operation, (i.e. when the Client is ready to issue BG/ SBLC/ MTN/ CD with Issuing Bank details disclosed, the Lender will disclose his receiving bank details).

The loan interest is approximately 8%, or better. The Loan can be applied for 10 years. The interest rate is FIXED for the loan period.

There are no up front fees involved whatsoever. All fees are charged only after the loan is approved, and will be deducted at time of loan releasing only (at closing). (The Lender charges a one-time 5% fee. Both the interest and the 5% fee, totaling 13%, would be deducted from the loan proceeds at closing.) So, the Client does not need to pay a cent to the Lender to apply for the loan. Only successful transactions will be paid.

As with any of these programs the exact returns are unknown until the signing of the trade agreement. This is because of the expedient nature of the opening/closing of any one particular program. Be advised that these programs offer returns that no investor could afford to walk away from; but more importantly, it is the securitization of the investor's assets that elevates this arena above all others. The minimum for any current available program is 10M USD /Euro.

The Leased Bank Instrument is offered by Banks that have an EXISTING relationship with the Trade Group that allows their Leased Instruments to be traded, and ONLY by that Trade Group.

Comparatively, while there may be many Leased Instrument Programs in the market place, none, in my experience at least, have the appropriate relationship with a qualified and veteran Trade Group that can trade such instruments. Having that relationship between the Bank leasing out Notes and a valid Trade Group at the onset is the ONLY way I have found trading such Instruments is possible.

The Leased Bank Instrument CANNOT be taken elsewhere to go into Trade.

The $4M for the Leased Instrument is NOT Blocked NOR placed in Escrow.

The Client is purchasing a Leased Instrument, which means funds would leave their account for the purchase, and of course only AFTER a Contract that guarantees not only the Leased Instrument and the Weekly Returns, but also the $4M to purchase the Instrument.

“The USA-FIRST” Private Bank Platform $1M plan:

1. Bank of America will not only BLOCK the client’s deposit, in his own account under his sole signature, the bank will issue him a Bank Letter that clearly states that his deposit funds are fully safe for as long as they remain in the bank, and that those funds are freely available for withdrawal at any time.

2. Their funds will go into a Special Bank Account at Bank of America in Nevada and those funds will be BLOCKED to trigger the Private side to create the NEW cash. This is a FIRST in America! The client will be paid a PROFIT of ...% in 90 days. CASH. So on every $1M deposit, the profit is $...M.

3. While every similar bank transaction (usually $500M) requires the deposits simply because they constitute “bank reserves” that are necessary for ANY bank to create new money. While this Private-Side bank transaction requires that the funds remain on deposit, blocked, at Bank of America for the standard 1 year term, that is a simple requirement. Since ALL such bank transactions must be tied-to an approved Project, we do in fact have several projects ready to go. We will do ALL of the hard work that each such transaction requires. We will be appointed by each client / entity as the Paymaster, meaning that we have in-place the internal Bank of America special accounts that will pay each client their ...% of the individual bank deposit, in 90 days. NO client will owe us any fee, nor do we take anything from client profits. AND, we will distribute YOUR ...% profit CASH, also in the same 90-days.

You can come in at 100K. The profits will be pro-rated according to the amount you invest. This PPP will be for 18 weeks. Your funds will be placed in Escrow with a Chicago title company under YOUR control.

You get to sit down with the trader and go over the contracts, before you enter, and if its not what we say, you may leave without any obligation. Before you see the trader, we will require CIS & POF.

You will need to go to Chicago to meet the trader, however you are not required to do this if you can understand it and accept terms by telephone which is then handled by overnight carrier and email. They have a trade starting next week, and again in 2-4 weeks later. A min of 750k-(..% a week) or more, but we can take as little as 100k.

The program is done with Bank Instruments and commodities in 100m blocks. This is also monitored with Federal Reserve. They have to have a clean record to get in on the trade. Remember you can come this week and start trading next week.

Therefore, my offer to qualified parties is that I will fund their travel, lodging and dining to and from the bank under the following agreement: After meeting with the platform principal in the bank, the bank officials, and the partner mentioned above; and being fully aprised of the program offered at the time; if the party decides not to participate, they walk away from the table not incurring any expenses other than their time. You can come in at 100K. The profits will be pro-rated according to the amount you invest. This PPP will be for 18 weeks. Your funds will be placed in Escrow with a Chicago title company under YOUR control.

You get to sit down with the trader and go over the contracts, before you enter, and if its not what we say, you may leave without any obligation. Before you see the trader, we will require CIS & POF.

You will need to go to Chicago to meet the trader, however you are not required to do this if you can understand it and accept terms by telephone which is then handled by overnight carrier and email. They have a trade starting next week, and again in 2-4 weeks later. A min of 750k-(..% a week) or more, but we can take as little as 100k.

The program is done with Bank Instruments and commodities in 100m blocks. This is also monitored with Federal Reserve. They have to have a clean record to get in on the trade. Remember you can come this week and start trading next week.

The Client has to issue the LOI to apply for a commercial loan. The loan minimum is US $50M up to US $5B+. Upon receipt of the LOI, the Lender will return his LOO (conditional Letter of Offer) to fund the loan. The Funding Service Agreement is basically a bank-to-bank operation, (i.e. when the Client is ready to issue BG/ SBLC/ MTN/ CD with Issuing Bank details disclosed, the Lender will disclose his receiving bank details).

The loan interest is approximately 8%, or better. The Loan can be applied for 10 years. The interest rate is FIXED for the loan period.

There are no up front fees involved whatsoever. All fees are charged only after the loan is approved, and will be deducted at time of loan releasing only (at closing). (The Lender charges a one-time 5% fee. Both the interest and the 5% fee, totaling 13%, would be deducted from the loan proceeds at closing.) So, the Client does not need to pay a cent to the Lender to apply for the loan. Only successful transactions will be paid.
