for China funds code: "502" AND "0128"
We have the direct contact with a very strong foundation who can use
his funds in his private trading desk concerning the code funds from
China "502" and "0128" from Bank of China , HSBC
Hong Kong,....
Funds don't
move of the client account. There is only a simple gentleman agreement
between the foundation and the owner.
You must provide
LOI, complet CIS with history of funds, Authorization to Verify
and Autenticate ,Passport of the owner, Corporate Resolution if

instrument rated at A- or better.

instrument an additional Bank instrument for 100% with a 7% best
efforts coupon from an A- rated Top Bank and the initial funds placed

FIRST, BUYER
SHOW AND PROVE
Buyer submits :
Letter of Intent
(LOI) / Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with full Banking co-ordinates.
Buyer signed and Notarised Affidavit confirming the Funds available.
Proof of Funds Authority.
Bank Comfort Letter.
Client Information Sheet.
Ascertainment of Ownership doc.
Corporate Resolution.
Master Fee Protections Agreement.
Letter of Authority to confirm Funds.
Non-Solicitation Statement.
Passport.
SECOND, THE
PROCEDURE : we can use an other procedure, absolutly no problem
if first step is ok. Buyer write his procedure in the LOI and what
he wants exactly (MTN,BG and price). It is always 1% split 50/50
between side seller and side buyer. Side seller is always closed
.
Seller signs,
stamps and returns LOI by fax and email, which will become a Memorandum
of Agreement (MOA), with seller's full banking co-ordinates.
At the agreed
"window" the seller provide the buyer with the window
time and the name of Bank Officer who will make the call to the
Buyer Bank Officer purely for the purpose of confirming the Proof
of Funds and the Buyers' capacity to complete this transaction,
with the Buyers' Bank Officer name as listed in the banking coordinates
in this Letter of Intent., no other calls are to be made outside
the agreed window time.
Upon satisfactory
verification, within maximum of eight international banking hours
the seller shall deliver the "certified corporate invoices
of MTNor BG" to the Buyers' bank, together with printout of
Euroclear screen, Containing but not limited to CUSIP/ISIN numbers,
Issuing Banks, Date of Issuance and Maturity, Denominations, Text
of Instrument, Custodial Safekeeping Numbers, Euroclear screen Access
codes, full Bonding Power Information, etc.
After verification
and authentication of the Corporate Invoice, the buyer will accept
the MTN or BG within four (4) banking hours. Buyer's bank shall
release the payment via SWIFT wire transfer to the Sellers' bank.
The hard copies
of the MTN or BG to be delivered via Bank Bonded courier to the
buyer's designated bank within seven (7) days after the payment
being received by seller's bank.
All subsequent
tranches will be based on the same procedure until collateral or
funds become exhausted.
Force Majeure:
the force majeure exception clause of the international chamber
of commerce (I.C.C Publication number 421) is hereby incorporated
in and made part of the contract.
Both parties
confirm that each is fully empowered, legally qualified and duly
authorized to execute and deliver this document and to be bound
by its terms and conditions.
Coding provided
by buyer and seller shall not change for any reason during this
transaction, including all rollovers, extensions or additions.
Any unauthorized
call or probes will result in the immediate cancellation of the
transaction and subjects violating party to damages. Banking co-ordinates
can be changed upon approval and written request of either party.
