My gold buyer request parties with gold to bring a sample to Dubai.

(i) The diplomat must carry a feasible KG quantity for final assay at Al Ghaith Refinery. Please indicate if it would be dust, nuggets or dory bars. Also tell me how many KG's and what is the purity & price?. Please not embargo gold origin DRC will not be accepted. If it is DRC origin it must have a U.N clearance certificate.
(ii) The buyer is very happy to pay / re-imburse all the diplomats costs after final assay, together with the cost of the gold. The final assay process can be conducted very fast and payment is within 24hrs of the assay report. There are no delays to concluding any transaction.
Contract will be signed for ongoing business until gold is exhasted from seller's stock.

Please note these are the strict conditions of a first trial. Once trust is built between buyer and seller and a friendship is developed a long term supply contract will be signed and the procedure will be more flexible with the buyer then being prepared to assist with seller in agreed areas.
The buyer is serious and immediatly ready to transact. Once procedure is agreed then the seller will be given the buyers full company details, refinery a/c details in order for him to be checked and verified as a real ready buyer. Also a SPA will be signed under the conditions of the ICC.

Quantity 375 KILOGRAMS monthly. The quantity will be divided in two (2) Shipments which will take place each 14th and 28th of the Month,contract for a period of TWELVE (12) months +/- 10% with roll-overs and extensions, subject to Seller's availability.

Purchase Price & Payment:
Is the net refined value to (999.99/1000 fineness / 24 Karat purity) of Au (Gold) less per/kg discount, payable in CHF based on the LBMA® (Europe) Spot Fixing Price, by SWIFT or FED Wire Transfer to Sellers designated bank account, after it has been assayed, refined to 999.99/ 1000 fineness / 24 Karat purity and received the Refinery Memorandum of Out turn which will include:
a) the weight of the material before and after melting;
b) the assay results; and;
c) the final (Au) gold content
Wire transfer within 48 hours, and receipt of both:
a) Commercial Invoice
b) Memorandum of Out-turn of refinery (Final Assay Report).

Discount Eight Percent (8%) Gross / Seven (8%) Percent Net to the buyer

We prefer direct Buyers, as Buyer will have to place a Bank Guarantee, or payment guarantee, which shall be claimed when he does not pay us in within the time table specified.

We are looking to BUY Gold Bars for Indian Market @ say 1metric tonne per month on CIF Indian Port basis, Gold has to be re-routed thru UAE/Dubai as India does'nt have any LBMA accredited refinery.
