The Buyer will insist that Swiss Procedure is strictly complied with whereby POP is issued before POF.

This high grade hard rock gold mine has been operating on a nearly continous basis for 100 years. Approximately 90,000 tons of ore is immediately accessible for mining on the Clorinda Vein and the Big Red Vein, resulting in a proven mineral value of $95 million USD. An additional 900,000 tons of ore is estimated in the Clorinda Vein and there appears to be about the same amount in the other exposed veins on the Big Red and White Oak workings. This ore averages 2 ounces per ton gold. One recent high assay showed 4.7 oz of gold per ton.

The gold mine was recently acquired from a father and son who operated it mainly for recreation. They were amatuer miners who primarily worked lower grade surface veins using a single shaker table and almagamation for about 25 years. It is estimated that they recovered only 1/10th of the gold values.

A 50 ton per day commercial grade mill is currently in place at the 5 acre mill site as well as surface installations and equipment. A two bedroom house and several mobil homes used as living quarters are also on the mill site along with 4 deep water wells.

The Cumberland Mines consist of five Patented mining claims located in La Plata County about 20 miles NW of Durango, Colorado. The mines are in one of the major gold and silver producing districts of Colorado.

The 5 lode claims vary in size and one is a very scarce and valuable mill site. The Cumberland Mines are the beneficiary of eighty years of exploration, engineering, development, and operations that started with the owner's grandfather.

The property is NOT in the exploration stage, although new veins will certainly be uncovered at the lower levels. The property has been developed and mined in the past.

The gold and silver tonnage and values have been proved by historical and geological/engineering reports circa 1914-1937. These consist of 7 different reports totaling about 100 pages. The old reports have been verified and substantiated to "prove up" the old reports. In addition there are 6 recent geological reports from 1984 - 1989 and hundreds of assay samples.

One of the claims has 4 adits (tunnels) and two shaft/winze. The # 4 adit is clear for about 300 feet. The #3 adit needs to have the portal opened. Some high grade ore taken from Tunnel #3 assayed at almost 300 ounces of gold per ton!

Another claims also has four adits and the #1 and #1 portal are closed. The #4 adit is 600 feet long. Old shipment records show ore from this claim to be 17 ounces of gold per ton.

Another claim only had one adit and the portal is closed. But a 4 foot deep trench was dug with a back hoe for the entire length of the claim (1500 feet) all while on the vein,

The fourth claim has 2 adits and a 50 foot shaft between the upper and lower levels. The upper tunnel has been mined and considerable work done in the lower tunnel to prepare for pulling a 2000 ton stope of ore.

The fifth claim is a patented mill site and these are very rare and valuable in this area.

The estimates of the tonnage and quality of the ore are all taken from the low range. The real value of this mine is probably much greater than these conservative estimates. If you are looking for a patented lode property to begin mining, you owe it to yourself to look at the Cumberland Mines.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
NEW TECH CLAIMS
VALUATION: Estimated $6. 1 billion in placer gold & silver. Other minerals include: Platinum, Rhodium' Palladium, Osmium, and Ruthenium (the recovery of Platinum group metals has not been confirmed but is indicated present in various reports). Rare earth that has been detected includes Scandium, Gadolinium Yttrium, Gallium and Lanthanum. Zeolite is present in addition to the rare earth and is commercial in quantity.

SIZE: The property for sale consists of four I60 acre placer claims located in Malheur County, Oregon. It is estimated to contain I9 million ounces of gold, 80 million ounces of silver in a recovery zone of surface to 250 feet. The host materials consist of 70 % or more volcanic and carries conglomerates of various rounded stones predominately black silica of pea gravel size. This is a very easy material to concentrate and is primarily a soft powder like material with some gravel/sand mixture. The best results for value have come from simple water concentrating 60:1.

PRICE: Reduced From $6 million to $2.5 million plus 8% net smelter on all metal that is recovered. There is a possible joint venture available

Oregon is restrictive and it is difficult to obtain permits for chemical leaching The most economical recovery process has been determined by screening out gravels to allow for the concentration of the remaining finer materials. This may be easily accomplished and has resulted in high values from concentrates of 60 1. Wells in the area are approximately 400 feet deep or water could be transported to the site and recycled from overflow catch basins. The claims are northwest of three major gold belts in northern Nevada - the Carlin Belt, the Battle Mountain Belt and the McCoy Belt (see map), all of which are in line with these claims.

Mineralization has been observed over an extremely large area to an estimated depth of 300 feet. Assays by Silver Valley, Chemex, Action Mining, Rogers Research, Vortex Industries Bonder Clegg and others have confirmed values over the past several years.

There are other mines active and inactive in southeastern Oregon. However none are comparable and none are within 20 miles of this property. There is a similar, much smaller site to the north called Grassy Mountain, with an estimated 1 million ounces of gold reserves.

New Tech Valuation is based on numerous assay and recovery reports. Gold has averaged 11 ounces per ton and silver has averaged .46 ounces per ton. Values are based on an average depth of 250 feet for the four claims. Material was given A valuation of $35.20 per ton based on gold of $320 per ounce and estimated weight of l,350 pounds per cubic yard or 50 pounds per cubic foot, for a total of 174,240,000 tons for the four claims at $35.20 per ton or total value of $6 billion.
