I am looking for a 10 million dollar loan for a period of 25 to 30 years term at less than 3% interest rate per annum. My assets are approximately of the same value. We have created a funding vehicle for large qualified projects. Projects which may be acceptable include, but are not limited to, any capital project, including any building, land, fixture, vehicle, equipment, facility, street, transportation facilities, street lighting, sidewalk, greens capes, drainage, water and utility systems, power facilities, solid waste facilities, landfills, recycling facilities, health facilities, recreational facilities, arenas, marinas, mining operations, public lodging facilities, port facilities, airport facilities, educational facilities, and certain housing developments.

The financing will consist of an acquisition and/or construction loan and after completion of the initial phase of the project, a long term take out loan, if appropriate. All such loans will be non-re-course and at below standard bank rates.

The funding vehicle created will be a newly formed, special purpose limited liability company to be known hereinafter as the lender (“Lender”) that will raise capital funds through a fully secured loan in the New York Commercial Paper Market. The proceeds will be placed into a guaranty trust managed by a top 10 World Money Center Bank as the trustee. These proceeds will be reinvested by the Trust in the SPC and will yield above market returns. Subsequently, the SPC/lender, will lend the project development funds in accordance with the terms and conditions of a negotiated lending agreement and its attendant draw-down schedule.

To commence the underwriting/sale of the Commercial Paper the client must provide a Letter of Credit, to be held in trust, by the top 10 World Money Center Bank as the trustee. The Letter of Credit shall be for 10 percent of whatever your project cost is. And once again the Letter of Credit is retired /replaced by the initial proceeds within the first 30 days.
