We are a Nevada
based corp.
We are a start up company, however we have purchase order contracts
exceeding our current loan request which is 100 Million. We are
currently looking for a REAL lender. We have a BG/SBLC that covers
the entire amount of the loan, plus 10% interest for the year and
any and all banking fee's. The BG will be sent first to the lender
and can be verified before the rest of the transaction takes place.
The BG is from

it in comparison to the bond program in dollars and cents.. For
the same upfront cost, the client can get a larger loan, make it

a client interested, we can get the client into the bank guarantee
program. It takes about 5 days from the initial funds being paid
to obtain a BG from either UBS or ABN Amro. We can get a LOI from
the lender (who has already worked with the collateral provider

loan is 5 yrs, 7-10% interest only. No prepay We would put the client
into a trade program so in essence the loan becomes self-liquidating.

Collateral
Backed SBLC’s using Life Settlements as Collateral
We are prepared
to provide debt financing through the issuance of bonds utilizing
the following procedure.
We arrange for a group of life insurance policies, which have been
repurchased from their owners and put into a pool. The value of
this pool will be 125% of the amount required by our Client, the
Borrower. We then issue our SBLC, which securitizes the life settlements;
and the SBLC then backs the bond issue.
The bonds will be issued in the name of the Borrower. We will arrange
that they be prepared by our attorneys, rated by a rating agency,
and, if necessary, insured by a AAA insurer who, in turn, will provide
a AAA rating for the bonds. Once the bonds are completed and ready
to be marketed, we will arrange for a placement agent to place them.
If desired, to ensure an aftermarket, we can have them listed on
the Luxemburg Stock Exchange or the Cayman Island Stock Exchange
or both.
The purchase
price of the life settlements will be paid out of the proceeds derived
from the bond sale. In addition, a reserve amount will be maintained
to pay premiums on insurance policies and any other fees. We would
estimate that the emission to the applicant would be between 70%
- 80% of the entire amount raised. This would be structured so that
the Borrower receives an amount approximate to the amount originally
required.
The bonds will
be issued for a term of 10 years or more and will have an internal
rate of return of 10%-11%. Utilizing this cash flow, and its investment,
we should be in a position to retire the principle, at maturity,
to the bond holders, which will repay the debt. If there is a shortfall,
it will be the responsibility of the Borrower. The interest during
the term of the bond issue will be the responsibility of the Borrower.
We would further
intend to invest the cash available to provide additional earnings
for the purpose of retiring the bonds. When the bonds are retired,
if there are any life settlements remaining, they will be sold off.
The proceeds will be divided; 50% to the Borrower and 50% to our
Group.
The costs of creating the bonds, having them placed, and generating
the funds must be paid for upon signing our agreement. Our accomplishment
fee will come out of the funding.
In our judgment, this is a unique way to raise capital, where the
prospects are that you do not have to repay the bond issue, but
only pay interest during its term.
