This
is a guaranteed funding solution.
The actual amount of money needed for a given transaction is academic
to this funding solution. The formula, however, remains the same.
To illustrate,
if a project needs $1M USD, approximately $2M USD must be borrower
(two-to-one).
The debt service is on $2M USD.
BCI will present $2M USD (face value) in appropriate collateral
to secure the total loan amount. One-half of the loan amount goes
to the borrower; one-half goes to BCI ( or its designated representative)
to pay for the collateral being provided.
BCI profits from the transaction through its ability to purchase
the collateral at a sizable discount within the international financial
marketplace. Thus, both the client / borrower and BCI are satisfied
by the successful completion of the transaction.
BCI has nothing to do with the terms of the loan itself. If the
client does not default on the loan, at the end of the loan terms,
it will own outright the unencumbered asset / collateral / security.
Conversely, if the client defaults on the loan, the lender will
seize the collateral ( as with any secured loan transaction) and
proceed to satisfy the loan indebtedness of the borrower.

Trade
Group History: Established Trade group has been in business for 20
yrs!
Trading locations:
Cayman Island, London and US depending on amount and location of
clients assets.
Banking Institution(s):
Most of our clients mainy work with us at UBS. Full disclosures
necessary, as our law firm will have to meet with each client in
person. In some cases in regards to FED trades, the contract(s)

I
have funding in place pending a BG lease for 13 months. The amount
prefered is $175,000,000.00 US but can go down if necessary.
The funding
source is offering the following terms as up front fees are not
possible. $4M 5 days after authentication and assigning of the BG.
A further $4M after 10 days - these payments would be an advance
on the actual offer which is 9% PER MONTH for the duration of the
lease.
The project
is being funded by an old and established USA trust fund and the
actual project is in Australia. There will be humanitarian as well
as for profit components to the project which is a mix of residential,
commercial and marina. Community enhancement will be extensive -
job creation, tourist activities, residential areas, research station
and national park upgrades.
This is a genuine
project that will yield well in excess of the outlay. Furthermore
we have a sales guarantee from a major international Real Estate
firm (the CEO of Australia has signed off on this) that they will
sell 70% of the project within 2 years. Given that projects not
as good are selling approximately 38% off the plans before ground

opened for several options for the finance, including debt equity,

The estimated
time for debt repayment could range from 25 to 30 years,depending

Main strong

A) Land (exclusivity
agreement signed by the owner as well as a non-circumvention contract).
B) The Project
"Parque Eólico dos Coqueiros (PPC)" will sell its
electricity to the local electricity market on the basis of a Contract
of purchase and sell of electric energy (Power Purchase Agreement,
the PPA). Negotiations are in course and a total sum to be agreed
is to be paid to the company throughout 20 to 30 years against production,
by a direct contract or by auction.
C) A privileged
position from having another project in a similar structure less
than 3kms from the PPC with readymade local infrastructure, local
know-how on construction from the previous experience, providing
us with qualified and skilled manpower.
D) The extension
of the park is approximately 1000 hectares and the space required
is only 3% of the total area.
E) the land
is very close to the ocean providing a clean wind for the turbines,
and in an elevation of 30 m to 40m above the sea level, which will
optimize the height of the wind towers as well as the production
reaching a capacity level around 49% (which in wind plant terms
is considerably higher than in most of the sites worldwide). There
is a technical eolic study available to support the project feasibility.
F) The estimated
IRR of the project is around 30 % due to the particular positive
factors of this project, together with the expected revenues from
Carbon Credits around 79.000 tCO2 to be sold per year during the
period of 7 years. The Company will be entitled to these Carbon
Credits on account of a Government incentive plan for the development
of projects of this nature.
