We
have available an alternative structure financing offer, which can
be effective in assisting projects with the acceptable collateral
to cover both the principal and the interest portion of the loan.
A method of
arranging to provide 100% collateral is used to the project borrower´s
credit enhancement. This credit enhancement from our Fund´s
provider is used to purchase a Specially Structure CD or bank note,
in which, the project funding bank creates. This CD, credit enhancement
is assigned to the project by the Fund´s provider and pledged
back to the bank.
The CD is now
utilized to serve as acceptable collateral for the principle portion
of the loan.
Out of the proceeds
of the funded loan amount, a portion will be pledged back into a
custodial account at the project funding bank. This is an income

And all you need is bank instrument - leased BG or leased SBLC to
trigger and activate the Credit Line?
If Yes, then I maybe able to help you.
I can get one of my BG/SBLC leased bank instrument providers to send
a BG/SBLC into your bank to allow that Credit Line to be triggered
into an active Credit Line.
This provider will do this only for me and my own entities/group of
projects, that I bring to him, without him asking me for any upfront
monies. And this provider will only do this if you (us) agree to take
the cash from that trigerred active credit line and with that cash
you enter into the provider's specific trading platform, where you
get paid about 25% weekly profit, and from this weekly profit you
pay your interest to your bank on the Credit line, replenish the Credit
Line and fund your projects.
So, let me know if you have or can get a current Credit Facility Letter
from any top 25 bank on any or on all of your projects.
I will need a copy of that current Credit Facility Letter - preferably
- not more than three days old, plus the usual compliance documents
