three golf courses and million dollars homes located in southern California.

Proof of Funds
LLC contracts as consultants under MBH Holdings for the issuance
of bank debt instruments for our clients as beneficiaries. Bank
debt instruments are issued in the form of Standby Letters of Credit,
Bank Guarantees and Certificates of Deposit. The bank debt instruments
issued are used only as a second lien position to additionally support
a credit facility; historically a loan or line of credit for a transaction
which has gone through credit, compliance and underwriting with
their bank. The loan or line of credit should be is OPEN and ACTIVE
and the only remaining condition for the client to be able to access
funds from the loan or credit line is the presentation of the instrument
through final delivery.
Proof of Funds
LLC contracts with the client for the issuance of bank debt instruments
which are kin a cosigner on a loan or credit line through provision
of 2nd lien collateral. In addition to obtaining an instrument,
the client also obtains an approximate synthetic leverage of five
times the cash position which is used to raise and support their
second lien collateral. For example the client pays 2 million dollars
to use a 10 million dollar standby letter of credit in second lien
position like a cosigner on their loan or line of credit, which
equates to approximately 5x synthetic leverage.
