The following
is a brief outline for funding projects meeting criteria as approved
by our lender. Criteria are based on feasibility, experience/ability
of the clients, proper due diligence, and a completed executive
summary. Basically my lender will review projects based on the successful
completion and exit strategy.
One entity may
apply for one or several projects with the stipulation that all
projects are under this same entity.
Upon review
of your project(s), terms will be similar to a 15 year fully amortized,
non-recourse, fixed loan at 5.5% APR with no payments until a certificate
of completion is issued or 2 years, whichever comes first. There
will also be a reasonable equity position in your project to be
determined in under writing.
Lender will
not charge additional points or fees with the exception of administrative
fees not to exceed $5,000. Client will be responsible for their
own attorney fees and out of pocket expenses if any.
No money is
accepted up front for clients to review the commitment contracts
from the lender. If the contracts are agreed upon and signed by
the client, an escrow account will be created for the initial deposit
to move forward with this lender

We
seek a company or individuals that can assist us with the following:
The Commercial Loan procedure must be Collateral first, (i.e. the
Client must show his capability of issuing BG / SBLC / MTN / CD /
Bond). Then, the Lender will disclose his banking coordinates to receive
the collateral, and then release the loan. As long as the Client is
RWA with banking coordinates ready and available, the transaction
can be completed easily, (funding can be received within approximately
25 banking days from the time that the Client shows proof of the collateral).
The Client has to issue the LOI to apply for a commercial loan. The
loan minimum is US $50M up to US $5B+. Upon receipt of the LOI, the
Lender will return his LOO (conditional Letter of Offer) to fund the
loan. The Funding Service Agreement is basically a bank-to-bank operation,
(i.e. when the Client is ready to issue BG / SBLC / MTN / CD with
Issuing Bank details disclosed, the Lender will disclose his receiving
bank details).
The loan interest is approximately 8%, or better. The Loan can be
applied for 10 years. The interest rate is FIXED for the loan period.
There are no up front fees involved whatsoever. All fees are charged
only after the loan is approved, and will be deducted at time of loan
releasing only (at closing). (The Lender charges a one-time 5% fee.
Both the interest and the 5% fee, totaling 13%, would be deducted
from the loan proceeds at closing.) So, the Client does not need to
pay a cent to the Lender to apply for the loan. Only successful transactions
will be paid. The Loan is typically issued for 90% to 95% of the face
value of the bank instrument, (or possibly more depending on the instrument
type and the financial strength of the issuing bank). Please reply

We
have available an alternative structure financing offer, which can
be effective in assisting projects with the acceptable collateral
to cover both the principal and the interest portion of the loan.
A method of arranging to provide 100% collateral is used to the project
borrower´s credit enhancement. This credit enhancement from
our Fund´s provider is used to purchase a Specially Structure
CD or bank note, in which, the project funding bank creates. This
CD, credit enhancement is assigned to the project by the Fund´s
provider and pledged back to the bank.
The CD is now
utilized to serve as acceptable collateral for the principle portion
of the loan. Out of the proceeds of the funded loan amount, a portion
will be pledged back into a custodial account at the project funding
bank. This is an income generating portfolio account, which will
serve as acceptable collateral and mitigate the debt service risk
for the interest portion of the loan. Our project funding bank will
manage and/or operate this portfolio as the premium income will
accrue in this account until all of the annual interest payments
are paid to the bank. The remainder portion of the loan proceeds
will cover the costs of collateral, misc, placement fees, and of
course, the walk-away fallout amount to fund and capitalize the
project- without the burden or responsibility of repaying the loan

company seeking partner for our Wood Waste ethanol plant located in
Vancouver. We currently have large cash deposit on 2300 acres of land
on Vancouver island. Seeking 16mm for purchase of the land valued
as is for 30mm. The partner would have 1st position on the property.

We
have available an alternative structure financing offer, which can
be effective in assisting projects with the acceptable collateral
to cover both the principal and the interest portion of the loan.
A method of arranging to provide 100% collateral is used to the project
borrower´s credit enhancement. This credit enhancement from
our Fund´s provider is used to purchase a Specially Structure
CD or bank note, in which, the project funding bank creates. This
CD, credit enhancement is assigned to the project by the Fund´s
provider and pledged back to the bank. The CD is now utilized to serve
as acceptable collateral for the principle portion of the loan.
Out of the proceeds
of the funded loan amount, a portion will be pledged back into a
custodial account at the project funding bank. This is an income
generating portfolio account, which will serve as acceptable collateral
and mitigate the debt service risk for the interest portion of the
loan. Our project funding bank will manage and/or operate this portfolio
as the premium income will accrue in this account until all of the
annual interest payments are paid to the project funding bank. The
remainder portion of the loan proceeds will cover the costs of collateral,
misc, placement fees, and of course, the walk-away fallout amount
to fund and capitalize the project- without the burden or responsibility
of repaying the loan.

We
require an individual or company with contacts at top banks that are
familiar with CD´s. We have a provider who will provide collateral
in the form of purchased CD´s from the bank to fund our project
at the $100 million+ level. All they require is the bank to simply
agree to fund the project based on acceptable collateral. Once that
happens, the provider will contact the bank and the two parties will
negotiate the remaining parts of the transaction bank-to-bank.
Our current
bankers are not familiar with instruments being placed in such a
way to collateralize a project. We need a banker that understands
the world market, can review our summary, and agree in principle
to fund the project with collateral that is acceptable to the bank.
The provider will supply documentation that the funds are of clean,
clear and legal orgin. If you have such sources, and they are with
top banks that can move quickly, please contact us off board per
email. We are willing to negotiate a fair fee for your contact.
