We have deals going on with some American Pension Funds that use the very same concept as the one contained in here. What we offer that seems acceptable to all the Trusts approached so far is:
1. The Funds stays with the Trust for a short while. The Funds are deposited in an Escrow Account, conditioned to provision of MTN in an amount of 120% of Loan face value. To accomodate to our needs the Account should be opened in our name, but could be signed by either the Trust or the Client. We take the risk by sending the MTN´s to the Account before anything leaves the Account!
2. We get an Account Statement or open up with our Provider of MTN´s that will be our own Instruments. The Funds and the MTN´s "meet for a short while" on the same Account with the Trust. The Trust is the Owner of the Funds and we are the Owners of the MTN´s.
3 Between one of the three Banks in a Syndicate that we use in our Network: Barclays ABN Amro HSBC, all Europe offices, and the Trust the parties agree upon the amount of Funds and the Collateral. If agreed the deal is on. We are to pledge the Collateral and the Trust is to send the Funds. This takes place within 5 bank days. All the indicated talking will be kept between Trust and ´our´ Bank.
4 We offer to either pledge our own MTN´s provided to the Account or have them discounted to 90%, generating 108% instantly for the MTN´s to be kept by the Trust at their choice.
5. 5-10 days later the full amount of the Loan is placed by us into a joint Account with the Trust, us and the Project Initiator. A Trading Contract is signed and we start trading via some of our good sources. Weekly payments for 40 weeks.
Distributed 20% Trust 40% Project 40% us from trading net yield.

We know that this will work.
We prefer amounts from $500m but are prepared to start with $100m if the Trust feels more comfortable with that to start with.

24 July 2004 We are presently seeking a asset based loan for our 20 billion health related project which is a collage of 6 projects. Also we have arranged for 100%MTNs which are also interest bearing at 7.50%. To start the closing of the projedt loan we will first need a conditional RWA lettr from the Lender. If not fom a bank, the letter must also contain proof of funds information or contact informaion to your banker who will provide proof of funds.

Please undestand we do not arrange for up front fees or travel cost of any type. Also we do not arrange equity owner ship in the project for the lender or others. However, we have no objection to paying pre-approved reasonable cost or fees at the loan closing.

$ 1,000,000.00 Needed to purchase a major PRIME Real Estate property with a good faith deposit.

The Capital provided by the investor will be placed in a major TITLE Company In Las Vegas. The capital will be placed in the title company’s bank trust account in an interest bearing account.

16 July 2004 I am in need of a direct Collateral Provider for support to two very major R.E projects. A source of funding has already been located, and agreed upon, except the need for collateral against these loans. I am willing to work with a direct CP (who may already own collateral instrument/ has own ability to purchase) in the form of BG/MTN/SBLC or CD, who may allow the collateral to be funded against, then be returned with a fee. Lender prefers a collateral proven first transaction, and will fund immediately, hence providing CP's fee in arrears.A bank to bank transaction might be best.
