we
have a housing project for the Teacher's Council of Thailand for a
construction of 5,000 units with a project cost of US$ 87 Million.
The official award is on 15 March 2006. Part of the requirement is
for our consortium to provide a bank Guarantee of the project cost
at a minimum of 5% to 15% prior to release of downpayment. We are
looking for venture capitalist to support us in the preliminary financial
requirement. The projected profit amrgin is minimum of 16% to maximum
of 20% of the project cost. We offer 20% of the profit to investor
/ funder. The project has a duration of 2 years. The client is Teacher's
Council of Thailand under the supervision of National Housing Authority
and the Gov't of Thailand.
We submitted
a bid bond amounting to US$ 26,000.00 and we need to submit a performance
bond of US 265,000.00. Our requiremenet The terms of payment from
client is progress billing. Our resposnisbility is the Project Management
