company finished to build and just entered in Operation of huge Shopping
Mall in Italy of about 93.000 sq. m. and 27.000 sq. m. of GLA.
These Mall entered already in operation in October 2011 and had reached
about 30% occupancy in three months.
The Mall's leasing activities to the tenants it is forecasted to be
completed by second quarter of 2013.
At full occupancy the Mall will generate a total revenue between 8.5
to 11.5 million Euro.
