I am planning to start a real estate project in western part of India , about 400 km from Mumbai. The rates of lands are increasing day by day. Therefore I intend to buy plots of land with clear title and retain them and sell them when rates appreciate. 27 December 2011 Our company finished to build and just entered in Operation of huge Shopping Mall in Italy of about 93.000 sq. m. and 27.000 sq. m. of GLA.
These Mall entered already in operation in October 2011 and had reached about 30% occupancy in three months.
The Mall's leasing activities to the tenants it is forecasted to be completed by second quarter of 2013.
At full occupancy the Mall will generate a total revenue between 8.5 to 11.5 million Euro.
Our company is trying to renegotiate the € 63 million Banks debts (construction costs) on better terms and condition or in alternative have a joint venture partners.

I'm a Business Consultant, specializing in commercial properties for manufacturing companies. We help our clients raise capital for operation in their businesses on going or start-up.
